The Scottsdale Housing Agency (SHA) Governing Board oversees the City of Scottsdale Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Board shall consist of eight members: the seven sitting members of the Human Services Commission and one Scottsdale Housing Choice Voucher Program participant member in good standing.
Applications are currently being accepted to fill the SHA Governing Board Resident Member vacancy. The Program participant member shall be directly assisted by the SHA Housing Program, expressly named in the housing lease, and eighteen years of age or older. The participant member shall be appointed annually, serve a one-year term, and be a full member of the SHA Governing Board taking part in the decisions related to the Housing Agency’s administration, operation, and management.
