Planning and Development Services seeks feedback on revised ordinance

New state legislation (HB 2447) requires cities to authorize personnel to review and approve land divisions without a public hearing. This change requires Scottsdale to revise the Land Division Ordinance. We are seeking feedback from the public on the proposed revised ordinance. Please review the draft and submit your comments before Nov. 6, 2025.
