New Planning and Permitting Portal Kicks Off Jan. 6, 2026

On Jan. 6, 2026, Scottsdale’s Planning and Development customers will begin using a new online portal for all projects requiring a permit.

Scottsdale SPUR (Smart Planning, Use and Regulations) will provide customers with a user-friendly interface in which to submit development requests, plans, payments and other documents for city processing.

Customers who initiated a project prior to Jan. 6, 2026 will continue to manage the project through the eServices portal.

Property Information Request

This online request allows users to enter an address or parcel number to:

  • Request setbacks, allowed land uses, sign information and flood hazard determination
  • Find zoning and district standards information related to a property
  • View history of permits, and other property records
  • View interactive map to identify parcel boundaries, easements and other data
