Beginning on Jan. 23, 2007, all persons - including U.S. citizens-traveling by air from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda will be required to have a "Valid and Unexpired" Passport (unless traveling with a Permanent Resident Card, asylee or document, Merchant Mariner's document or NEXUS Air Card) to enter the Refugee Document or NEXUS Air Card to enter the United States.
The following forms must be submitted to obtain over flight privileges: Forms 442 (PDF) and 442a (PDF). These must be filled out and signed. ALL direct flights from Mexico require an approved Over flight letter on file. Forms can be found at www.cbp.gov.
