The following versions of the regulatory documents related to the use of Scottsdale Airport and Airpark are provided for your convenient downloading.
Each of the documents affects all activities conducted in either the Airport or Airpark environments. Please refer to the description next to each document title for the applicability to either the Airport or Airpark.

- This document identifies the minimum operating standards for conducting commercial aeronautical activity on the Airport. This document includes the minimum insurance requirements and associated fee structure for specific aeronautical business types and is only applicable to those persons interested in conducting commercial aeronautical activity on Scottsdale Airport.
- This document contains the general rules and regulations associated with the operating environment of the Airport. All persons accessing Scottsdale Airport property should become familiar with this document.

This document includes the minimum insurance requirements and associated fee structure for specific aeronautical business types and is only applicable to those persons interested in conducting commercial aeronautical activity in the approved areas of Scottsdale Airpark.
- This document contains the general rules and regulations associated with the operating environment of the properties associated with taxilanes in the Airpark. All persons having access to the taxilanes within Scottsdale Airpark should become familiar with this document.
- This document identifies all general rates and fees related to the use of Scottsdale Airport and Scottsdale Airpark.
- This report serves as recommendations to aircraft operators regarding the recommended size of aircraft operating on those taxilanes and accessing the airport gates. The city encourages abiding by these recommendations for enhanced safety of all airport operations. Users remain responsible for compliance with all airpark/airport rules and regulations and liability and risks associated with operating aircraft on the taxilanes and gates resides with the operator/owner.

- This packet is required to be completed for proposed development plans for projects located within 20,000 feet of Scottsdale Airport that are NOT located on an Airpark taxilane or adjacent to Airport property.
