Thompson Peak Park Pickleball Court Closure

All pickleball courts at Thompson Peak Park will be closed Monday, Aug. 17 through Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, for resurfacing. Courts are expected to reopen Saturday, Sept. 12, weather permitting.

Locations

Come out and enjoy the sport of Pickleball at one of several drop-in locations throughout Scottsdale. Courts are available on a first come, first served basis. No reservation is required. No amplified sound is permitted at these locations.

  • Scottsdale Parks and Recreation and Scottsdale Community College have partnered to offer free drop-in pickleball play to the public at SCC’s courts
  • Six outdoor lighted pickleball courts
  • Open 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily (excluding holidays, campus closures and when SCC pickleball classes are being held).
