ADOT advises drivers of upcoming Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard weekend closure. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. will be closed at Loop 101 from 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10 to 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13 for construction of new signals in the intersection. Recommended detours:
- Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.: Drivers may consider using the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to eastbound Raintree Drive. to the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. east of the closure.
- Westbound Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.: Drivers may consider using northbound Loop 101 frontage road to westbound Bell Road. to the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. west of the closure.
Loop 101 Ramp Closures
- The southbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Raintree Drive. will be closed for up to 60 days starting Tuesday, Jan. 7.
- The southbound Loop 101 off-Ramp at Cactus Road. will be closed for up to 60 days starting Monday, Jan. 13.
The project is part of the Arizona Department of Transportation's two-year project to add lanes and improve interchanges on Loop 101 between Shea Boulevard and Princess Drive/Pima Road. “Stay in the Loop” by subscribing to project updates on ADOT’s website.
