Miller Road Bridge is open. A new bridge over the Rawhide Wash has connected Miller Road between Pinnacle Peak Road and Happy Valley Road. The new segment of roadway includes two lanes of travel in each direction, bike lanes, and detached sidewalks with landscaped buffers on either side of the street.

The bridge was designed to be as low profile as possible to fit into its neighborhood setting and maintain view corridors. Completing this connection has created a new option for north/south travel and a direct connection to the Hayden Road/Loop 101 interchange.

The $20.4 million project was funded by the Transportation Sales Tax 0.1% and Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) Regional Sales Tax.
