Via de Ventura is scheduled to be repaved between Hayden Road and Eastwood Ln. starting June 4. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is expected to be complete by June 19. Weekend work will be scheduled if needed. One travel lane, in each direction, will remain open during construction and business access will be maintained throughout the project. The finished roadway will be restriped in the existing configuration of two travel lanes east and westbound with bike lanes; existing left and right turn bays will remain in place.

The mill & overlay project includes removing 'milling' a layer of pavement and resurfacing or 'overlaying' the roadway with a new layer of asphalt. In-street utilities will be adjusted, to avoid interruption of service, prior to and following the project.

Please use caution when traveling near the work area, follow detour signs, and plan ahead to avoid delays.
