Scottsdale named one of the 2026 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America

The city of Scottsdale has earned national recognition as one of the 2026 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America by Healthiest Employers®, an awards program recognizing organizations that prioritize employee health and wellbeing.

Scottsdale employs more than 2,800 people and has earned repeated recognition as one of the best places to work.

Leading employers are adapting their programs to support employees across work environments and life stages. The 2026 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America stand out for their sustained focus on employee health and wellbeing. This recognition honors organizations that have built supportive workplace cultures and made employee wellbeing part of how they operate.

“Our award-winning Live Life Well program demonstrates our commitment to supporting employees’ overall health and well-being,” said Senior Director of Human Resources Monica Boyd. “Our benefits include wellness incentives, paid parental leave and support for emotional, physical and financial wellness.

Scottsdale fosters a unique, resilient workplace culture with on-site programs that include EAP, a dedicated counseling service, initiatives like walking meetings boosting camaraderie among employees and daily fitness classes.

“We strive to create an environment that excels today but also continues to evolve for a healthier, happier tomorrow,” Boyd said.

“We want our employees to be healthy and feel supported because their well-being affects every part of their lives,” said City Manager Greg Caton. “We take a proactive approach by offering programs that help employees build healthy habits, prevent illness and care for their physical and emotional health.”

Each company on the list completed the 2026 Healthiest Employers application. Employers were judged across six categories:

  • Reporting and Analytics

The awards continue a tradition of excellence that has made Scottsdale recognized as an employment leader.
