Before proceeding, please enter your address below to confirm the City of Scottsdale provides services for the property.

A deposit will not be required for:

Renters

Renters who have had City of Scottsdale service for a period of at least 12 months within the last two (2) years and have had no more than two (2) delinquencies within the most recent 12 months of service.

Homeowners

Homeowners escrow information is required.

Commercial Owners

Commercial Owners who have had City of Scottsdale service for a period of at least 12 months within the last two (2) years and have had no more than two (2) delinquencies within the most recent 12 months of service.

If you do not meet one of these conditions, a deposit will be billed.
