Summer Camp Information – 2027 Details Coming Soon

Parks and Recreation summer camps offer dynamic, enriching opportunities that support the physical, social, and mental growth of youth. Updated details for the 2027 season will be released in Spring 2027.

General Information

  • Programs available for youth entering grades 1-8 (varies by location).
  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes and bring a daily lunch.
  • Youth must meet the required age by the first day of each session.
  • Camps are offered in a drop-in format and are not licensed childcare programs.
  • Limited financial assistance is available to Scottsdale residents.

Scottsdale’s Summer Camp (Grades 1–5)

This camp features themed weekly activities, creative projects, games, and hands-on experiences. Campers participate in art, sports, music, STEM challenges, and group activities in a safe, welcoming environment.

Registration information will be available Spring 2027.

Scottsdale’s Teen Camp (Grades 6–8)

Teen Camps provide a safe, active environment with leadership challenges, teamwork activities, creative arts, sports, fitness, and engaging excursions.

Registration information will be available Spring 2027.

Summer Sports Camp (Grades 1–5)

A sports-focused program led by experienced recreation staff. Campers are grouped by age and participate in a variety of athletic activities.

Registration information will be available Spring 2027.

Endless Summer – Excursion Camp (Grades 3–7)

This end-of-summer program features daily excursions, with lunch and snacks included.
