Scottsdale Fire is not able to accommodate traditional station tours or ride-alongs.
Station Tours

Station visits for a truck tour are accepted on a limited basis. The general public will not be able to visit the inside of the station. The minimum age is 5 years old. There is a minimum attendee requirement of 4 persons and a max of 15. Please understand that if you are bringing a group of children that there must be adult caregivers responsible for the safety of the children -- the number of which is determined by the number and age of the children.

You may wish to schedule a tour of the interactive exhibits in the lobby of the SFD headquarters.

Ride-Alongs

Please be advised that we are placing a temporary hold on ALL ride-along requests effective immediately through Nov. 30, 2025. This pause is necessary to ensure that no candidates inadvertently bypass the ride a long moratorium during the testing process. Ride-alongs will resume on Dec. 1, 2025.
