Lock Out/Tag Out Safety Measures for Temporary Power
In all construction applications where Temporary Electric in the permanent position is proposed to be employed, a Lock Out/Tag Out Agreement shall be on site at the time of the Temporary Electric inspection.
The Lock Out/Tag Out Agreement shall be distributed to all trade personnel and posted on site. The Lock Out/Tag Out Agreement shall notify all trade personnel working on site of the electrical system becoming energized, and what method of safety is being employed. Trade personnel shall acknowledge the receipt of the Lock Out/Tag Out Agreement form by signing a copy of the form which will be kept in the construction office, or other convenient place on site.
An original signed and dated letter shall be retained by the City of Scottsdale until the project is accepted and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. The fees shall be the same as for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
