Residential Rebates

Residential Grass Removal Rebate Closed on Oct. 31, 2025, and other Residential Removal Rebates closed on March 31, 2026

The residential grass removal rebate received extraordinary participation this program year. Scottsdale Water is excited residents are converting grass to an Arizona-friendly landscape. Grass and pool removal and Smart Home Water Monitor rebates will return when the new rebate season launches.

Applied for a rebate before the deadline? All documents uploaded using the secure link in your most recent email correspondence will be reviewed within two business weeks.

Do not begin the removal process before the program reopens and you have received a Notice to Proceed. Per ordinance, all removal rebates require a pre-inspection before removal. Scottsdale Water cannot guarantee rebate requirements, eligibility, or amount for the residential removal rebates until the program relaunches.
