Rebates to open on May 5, 2025 for Commercial Water Customers

All rebates require a consultation or pre-inspection meeting with Water Conservation. Do not start work on your project without contacting the Water Conservation Office first. Projects completed without a "Notice to Proceed" may not be eligible for a rebate.

Commercial rebates are for:

  • Business owners or property managers at a commercial property.
  • Community managers or HOA board members representing a common area in an HOA, apartment, or condominium complex.

Commercial properties and grass removal:

  • You can prepare for your grass removal project prior to applying for a rebate. Make your plans, contact the Water Conservation Office for guidance, get your quotes and obtain an approval from Planning & Development Services. Planning’s approval process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
  • For a general reference of the upcoming commercial grass removal rebate program requirements and timeframes, you can view the previous application. New program requirements are still being reviewed but are anticipated to be similar to last year's application.

Notices:

  • All applications will be reviewed and accepted in the order they are received.
  • If you are purchasing a device(s) such as a WaterSense labeled Controller, toilet or showerhead, they must be purchased on or after May 5, 2025, to qualify for a rebate. To search for WaterSense labeled products, visit LookforWaterSense.EPA.gov.
