The Scottsdale Airport (SDL) hereby announces its fiscal years 2025 through 2027 goal of 2.11% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction Contracts. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Scottsdale Airport 15000 N Airport Dr. Suite 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 for 30 days from the date of this publication.

We will express our contract goals as a percentage of the Federal share of a FAA/DOT-assisted airport contract.
