Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Scottsdale, Arizona, will hold a public hearing on Oct. 28, at 5 p.m. in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona, for the purpose of hearing all persons who wish to comment on the following:

Project Name: Mack Industrial Rezone
Plan Number: 11-ZN-1986#2
Location: 17771 and 17855 N. Pima Road (APN NO. 215-07-470, 215-07-471, 215-07-472, and 215-07-022P)

Request by owner for a zoning district map amendment to amend development standards regarding the required landscape setback adjacent to streets, on a +/-95-acre portion of a +/-124-acre site located at 17771 and 17855 N. Pima Road (APN NO. 215-07-470, 215-07-471, 215-07-472, and 215-07-022P), with Industrial Park, Environmentally Sensitive Lands Planned Community District (I-1 ESL PCD) to Industrial Park, Environmentally Sensitive Lands Planned Community District (I-1 ESL PCD) zoning.

Only written comments submitted electronically at least one hour prior to the meeting will be accepted. Written Public Comment may be submitted electronically.
